Recently invited by the previous Global Head of Design to start the UX Capability in ING Hubs Romania

Worked with Head of UX, Head of Engineering and HR Business Partner to arrange and onboard the Unified Design Systems program in ING Hubs Philippines (Served as an interim lead for the Manila team)

Pioneered Manila team, created and facilitated hiring process for ING Hubs Manila Designers (worked with Unified Design System - HQ and HR Recruitment). Crafted and facilitated Unified Design System onboarding program for Manila Designers and Engineers. Implemented and enforced morning rituals with Manila designers and engineers.

Spearheaded user research in the team. Ran the first multicountry test in ING (Information Architecture), in partnership with ING Spain.

Identified and cocreated Designer KPIs with the Head of Design, Program Manager and Feature Engineer

Conversational UX: Chaired the convergence for all Conversational UI in ING as representative of Orange Juice in OneChat & OneApp,OneWeb discussions

Design Systems and Operations Lead
ING Asia

Functional Lead for Design Systems and Design Operations/Tooling in Asia Region (also part of the Global Design System squad). Performed quarterly audit on all local design projects to ensure quality is consistent across all squads.

Operationalized the use of Design Tools in Retail Philippines-crafted and implemented processes and systems by applying naming convention, rules and security measures on maintaining design screens and projects.

Facilitated discussion of new design processes with the Head of Engineering, IT Area Leads, Head of Security, Head of Data Privacy and Risk Officers

Worked with InfoSec team and Risk Analysts in identifying and mitigating risks on 3rd party assets. The only designer responsible for securing the bank on an operational level: Worked with Risk Officers (1LoD and 2LoD)
Onboarded designers on the new tool by facilitating workshops and creating a manual for InVision
Lead the Operations Excellence Design Squad - Onboarding, Fraud, KYC and Support Channels.
Successfully lead the migration of design flows (roughly 7,000 screens) from Zeplin to InVision (a process that is used as an example by different ING retail countries). 

Liaison for international alignment: Responsible for coordinating alignment with global counterparts regarding hybrid components and Conversational UI Components for Web, iOS and Android.

Maintained and nurtured vendor relationships such as InVision, Sketch and UserZoom.

Co-created workshops with InVision about Design Systems, whiteboarding (Freehand), and basics of using InVision for Designers, Engineers and Product Owners. 

Facilitated workshops with Sketch to onboard retail designers on how to use the new features of Sketch 2021.

Partnered with InVision to facilitate an ING-wide workshopthat caters to Designers, Engineers, Product Owners — on how to navigate and use the tool and optimize the process within the organization.
