Orange Juice also known as Unified Design Systems is ING's Official Design System program, focusing on creating reusable assets using centralized tooling is one of the core elements of ING's long term Digital Strategy. This program has two key locations:Â Amsterdam and Manila. Amsterdam is focused on Web elements and Manila is focused on Mobile foundations, components and Design Operations. It follows the Atomic Design Methodology, coupled with INGÂ CXÂ Foundations and Way of Working.
Some of my notable contributions in this program are the creation of federated Contribution Model (Service Design), Typography Design Tokens, Information Architecture studies, component documentation guidelines, Manila team hiring strategy, OJÂ Accessibility Track.

ING Asia's Design System caters for ING China (Bank of Beijing) and Retail Philippines. It's a joint project from IT Engineering and UX Teams, with sponsorships of Design System trainings from Sketch and InVision. This served as the first and only successful Local Design System in ING. It gave birth to the POC (Proof of Concept) for ING's official Unified Design Systems (where I am moved).
During the course of the project, I was given resources such as designers and frontend engineers to work with me in bridging the gap between design and code.
This project explores the proof of concept of a virtual assistant that can help clients easily register/activate their accounts, inquire about their policy and update, buy insurance, enroll their voice, file a claim and switch funds.
The Freelancer platform allows a user to either get hired as an independent contractor or find one. You can also post a contest to get as much entries as possible -- ideas, actual branding or packaging work done, ...or maybe some cool robots. In this study we explored how to revamp the homepage. We wanted to feature the most recent contest conducted by NASA in the platform to attract more Enterprise companies to post contests or jobs.
